The Holiday Market, Uptown Evening Market, Garden Market, Summer Farmer’s Market, and now, Edmonds’ new Winter Market…serving all of your dining, shopping, and gifting needs, right here in Washington state’s first Certified Creative District.
Take in all that the winter season has in store at the City of Edmond’s Winter Market this Saturday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., on 5th Ave. N. between Main and Bell — rain, snow, or shine. Browse farm-fresh produce (Firetrail Farm), artisan-packaged delights (coffee, mini-donuts, toffee), and handmade goods (boho chic jewelry, recycled glass art) from over 55 local vendors.
The City hopes to fill in the seasonal gaps with its new Winter Market series, featuring four scheduled events the last Saturday of January through April.
“Hearing from local vendors asking us to hold a monthly winter market was great news. The City’s holiday market and the popular spring and summer markets, hosted by the Historical Museum, have been wonderful for our residents and a great benefit to our local merchants,” Mayor Mike Nelson shared in a press release.
Miss February’s Winter Market? Relax. You have March 26 and April 30 to enjoy, before the Edmonds Historical Museum takes over with its spring Garden Market, kicking off the farmers market season sometime in May.
Edmonds thinks of everything.
