Beach Camp at Sunset Bay's one-of-a-kind overnight water sports summer camp is the most fun on the ocean in the world with a half-acre wharf, miles of sandy beach. Host your company picnic, birthday party, wedding, or more. Beach Camp operates on a private dock that was founded more than 100 years ago. It was originally known as the Norma Beach Boat House.

Accommodates 300 people. Segregated AV-ready event/conference room that can be accessed for work events, birthday parties, sporting events, banquets, etc.

The design of the museum, itself a work of art, makes for a beautiful backdrop to any special occasion. 700-seat performing arts venue located on the campus of the original Edmonds High School, just 20 minutes north of Seattle. Originally constructed in 1939, this historic facility was renovated and reopened in 2006 as a state-of-the-art performance hall.

Friday evenings and weekends, the Edmonds Waterfront Center will be used as a rental venue. All rental revenue will be used to support senior programs at the Edmonds Waterfront Center.  Events are currently restricted to weddings and memorials with less than 30 attendees.

North Edmonds location, capacity 100, 2,100 sq ft (linoleum) and outside fenced playground.  Kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator.  $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve Meadowdale Clubhouse (fee applied toward room rental).  *Monday-Thursday rentals not intended for parties or weddings, if so, Friday-Sunday rental rates apply.

Private Dining area is perfect for all special occasions and meetings. 80 guests reception style, and 55 guests for a sit-down event.

The Old Edmonds Opera House boasts a large commercial kitchen with an adjoining dining area perfect for hosting dinners or breakfast events. From group meetings and events we offer regular tenant rentals, perfect for hosting a weekly, monthly or quarterly events.

Space is available for up to 100 participants, includes use of the kitchen, coffee, a kegerator, a large projector and the option to have tables or not. The 3000 square foot open design allows many different configurations. Parking for 40 cars in the gated garage is also included. The location within walking distance of the ferry terminal, the train, the bus depot and downtown Edmonds make it easy to access.
