How good would it feel to give yourself permission to focus on one thing - yourself!? Think of this class like a yoga class, instead of using the body, we will use painting with watercolor and breath. Each class will have a different topic and we will use breathing, and visualization techniques to paint from our subconscious mind. You should expect to leave each class feeling centered, grounded, and filled with peace. This class is all about process, not an end product; a time to relax and play with paint!
