Please note, this is not a fundraiser. We just ask your feedback to an early version of our documentary. However, the Waterfront Center sells tickets to cover their costs. They can be secured here.

Two Edmonds citizens decided to go and help Ukrainian pets impacted by Russia's invasion. Tana Axtelle, co-founder of UWARF found out that one of her relatives was already over there helping and Tom Bates met them at the train station. The mission changed over time but ended up sterilizing, vaccinating or microchipping 8,206 cats and dogs. We were having great stories written about us in My Edmonds News by Bob Throndsen. He was much more than a reporter, he was giving us ideas. One of those ideas was to create a documentary. We meet at the Walnut Coffee Shop on a Thursday, and then on Saturday, Tana called me to say Bob had passed away. This film is created to honor Bob, a really terrific human.
