Representing the City’s collective, creative heart and soul, the Edmonds Creative District was certified by the State of Washington in 2018 as a place where locals and visitors gather to enjoy arts, culture, and creativity. Here, entrepreneurs, makers, artists, organizations, and neighbors create art—and art creates community.
Here are some ideas to get you started!

Hop a Sounder train, bus, ferry, even ride on Amtrak, to this idyllic seaside town. A car drive from Seattle is just 15 miles away. Once you’re here it’s easy to get around on foot in the walkable downtown, with cool shops, art galleries, cafes and pubs—all within a one-mile radius.
If you visit by car, there is ample free 3-hour street parking in downtown. There are also paid lots, and several parking lots are available to use after hours. More detailed parking information is available here.
